With a professional background spanning tourism, business development, marketing, and home design, she has spent years helping homeowners, real estate professionals, and property developers present homes in their best possible light.
Originally from Venezuela, Rebeca earned a degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management before building a successful international career that allowed her to live and work across Europe, South America, and North America. Her experiences abroad exposed her to a wide range of architectural styles, interior aesthetics, and cultural influences that continue to inspire her work today.
After settling in California and purchasing her first home, Rebeca discovered a passion for remodeling, decorating, and transforming living spaces. Encouraged by the positive feedback she received from family and friends, she began taking on design projects and eventually founded Velvet Home Staging. What started as a passion project evolved into a thriving business, helping homeowners, real estate professionals, and property developers present properties at their very best.
Today, she specializes in creating thoughtfully curated interiors that help buyers connect emotionally with a property while highlighting its unique features and potential. Her design approach combines market knowledge, functionality, and visual appeal to maximize presentation and support successful property sales.

Rebeca leads the design direction for Velvet Home Staging, working closely with homeowners, real estate agents, investors, and developers. She oversees staging strategies, furniture selection, space planning, styling, and property presentation for homes ranging from family residences to luxury properties.
Before founding Velvet Home Staging, Rebeca held leadership roles in marketing, business development, sales, and client relationship management across the United States and Venezuela. This diverse professional background gave her extensive experience understanding consumer behavior, presentation strategy, relationship building, and market positioning.
Today, those skills complement her design expertise, allowing her to approach home staging with both a creative and strategic mindset that helps clients showcase their properties more effectively.
